Comfort Shawl Donor

If you knit, crochet, or quilt, please considering creating comfort shawls for Horizon patients. We need people to weave their love & care into a colorful shawls for all newly admitted hospice patients. We accept comfort shawls of any color, pattern & size. Shawls are beautiful keepsakes for families to have after their loved one dies.
