Opportunities for Grieving Families
When a family is grieving a loss they may wonder what can be done to memorialize their loved one. Horizon would like to open the door to any family considering a memorial event. Golf outings, art shows and walk/runs are often an outlet for those left behind to gather community support, focus their emotions and work through their grief. How Can I Help?
There are many ways for an individual to become involved with the success of Horizon’s many projects. Funding is always needed to provide more comprehensive care to our clients. Another much needed resource is people willing to give of themselves and their time as volunteers in our Grief Resource Center, Hospice, Meals on Wheels and Special Events.
